As an industry trade association, The Wedding Professionals Network links the very best wedding suppliers across the UK. Suppliers are only accepted into our network on the recommendation of other members within the Wedding Professionals Network.
All our members are committed to giving exceptional customer satisfaction whilst keeping our code of conduct.
Show all your potential customers that you are an established wedding professional with the use of the trade-marked logo.
The logo is available to you as a JPEG image file for you to place on all your promotional literature, items and web site.
There are also vehicle graphics, car window stickers and other promotional items to advertise that you are a wedding professional.
We hold regular networking meetings at a different venue once or twice a month. At these meetings members discuss all aspects of the wedding industry from new ideas to exchanging sales leads. Also, you can tell all the other wedding industry professionals about your business. This is a fantastic way of generating business, especially in the wedding industry, as we all share the same customer base.
Every member of the Wedding Professionals Network will have a business card folder filled with other members cards. With the knowledge that all members are true professionals they will have no problem in recommending your services to brides-to-be. It's like having 50 - 75 sales people helping to promote your business. Also at meetings there will be referral slips to fill in with details of the needs of customers.
The Wedding Professionals Network has located leaflet stands in various places, i.e. Bridal Shops, Hotels, Florists, anywhere that a bride-to-be will go.
A directory containing all members of the network will be in the stand (this also explains to the bride to be the benefits of booking a wedding professionals member.) Your leaflet will also be placed in all relevant stands giving you targeted leaflet distribution.
As we are all aware, the average age of a couple getting married in the UK is 31. They have grown up with computers and the internet, so when they want to look for something to buy they Google it. Your web-site, details and banner advertising will go on to the networks web-site free of charge. We will also be encouraging brides to register their wedding details with us. All brides that register will receive a monthly e-mailed newsletter with members details, offers and wedding relevant news.
We comply with the Data Protection Act, and all mailings will be placed through Constant Contact (the industry leader in opt in mailings). We will also be very active on Facebook, Bebo, Twitter, and all other social networking sites, all to generate traffic to the site.
We have arranged for members leaflets or promotional items to be given out in bridal goody bags on entry to the biggest wedding shows in the area.
With over ten shows booked for 2010, this number will probably grow as more hotels, wedding venues and show organisers join the network
The Wedding Professionals Network will be exhibiting at many wedding shows and open days to promote the network and benefits of choosing a professionals network member to brides and other wedding industry non members. We will try to exhibit at as many shows as possible.
